The London Spirits Competition (LSC) has announced the results of its 2023 competition to identify the world’s best spirits.
Some of Great Britain’s top bartenders and spirits buyers gathered during March at St. Mary’s Church in London’s Marylebone, sniffing, swirling, and spitting their way through a vast array of gins, vodkas, and whiskies, as well as a range of more esoteric spirits.

The LCS judges entries based on quality, value, and packaging criteria. Medal winners must achieve a high rating across all three fields.

About 2000 spirit brands, a record number of entrants from more than 80 countries, vied for medals in this year’s competition. Australia was the top entrant country with 327 submissions.
